In UK school term-times, goods ordered will normally be despatched within 3 working days. The turn-round time may be longer in UK school holidays. Goods are despatched to UK mainland addresses by Royal Mail First Class post, Parcel Post or courier depending on weight. A maximum delivery charge applies on one order, offering savings on multi-item orders. Rates for delivery outside the UK are displayed on the web site: - for USA and North American deliveries, see: http://www.earlystartlanguages.com/orders.htm Items ordered are not charged or invoiced until despatched. If items are temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified and offered the option of cancelling or waiting on back-order. |
